This is an awful place to live. Right off of c470-Kipling in Littleton, CO. I am going to post my experiences since I have lived here dealing with the HOA, the management company, the Board of Directors, and the attorney for the HOA. All of my comments will be factual with supporting evidence and documentation (except in caes where i provide an opinion). This place sucks. My opinion is most people wouldn't want to live here if they knew what goes on here. I have been here a long time and seen a lot. I photograph and document everything here now. You have to. It's a sad way to live. This is how they want it. So this is how they get it.
